It is a period of time when a buyer is allowed to open a dispute about an Item Not Received or Not as Described he bought. Usually, there is a certain period of time between minimum and maximum number of days he can do anything about his Itemn Not Received or Not as Described Item, such as making sure a seller gets UDS strike. A buyer can only open a dispute at least 14 days after an item ended (regular auction or buy out), and not later than 45 days affter the item ended.
