	Feedback system
	Once a sale has been processed, both the seller and the buyer will be able to leave feedbacks for each other. The feedback rating is from one star to five stars, and a feedback comment can also be left. The feedback can be left from the Feedback tab from the Members Area. The feedback can only be left once, and it cannot be edited afterwards. The site admin reserves the right to delete malicious or untrue feedbacks. Users' feedback rating always appear beside their names, with stars of different colours indicating the user's 'rank'. 	Site Fees
	Firstnaija.com runs pre-paid accounts for all registered users. All site fees are deducted from this account. Although anyone may register for free at Firstnaija.com (subject to our Terms and Conditions), users can only sell when they have undergone a verification process (click here for more details). Only verified users may list their items on Firstnaija.com. Users can become Bank or Address Verified (or both). All verified users have undergone a verification process, and have a symbol beside their usernames identifying them as such. Verification increases your chances of more successful sales as users will generally have more peace of mind dealing with you than dealing with an unverified user. Site fees deductable from users pre-paid accounts include fees for extra listing features (we call them promotional fees) and Final Auction Fees, which are payable when an item successfully sells on Firstnaija.com. Users need to ensure their accounts have a positive balance at any point in time. Users with negative balances on their accounts will not be able to list on the site. Of course if a user does not incur any promotional or final value charges, their money remains intact in their accounts. Currently, every new user is given a bonus credit of N1,000 when they register - this is immediately available to them when they successfully join Firstnaija.com, and the credit can be used for making payment for items purchased online, as well as for subscription services like sms alerts and store subscriptions. This credit, however, is cancelled if the user DOES NOT log in to their Firstnaija account within 3 months of their account being approved. How to fund your firstnaija.com account: You can fund your firstnaija.com account using any of the methods below. Direct Bank Payment: You can make payment direct into the Firstnaija.com account at any branch of the banks listed below. You may make these payments by cash or cheque. Please note that payments made by cheque may take up to 14 working days to clear. Only cleared funds will be reflected in your account. Cash payments should normally reflect in your account within 24 hours after payment. In both cases (cash or cheque), you must state your firstnaija username in the paying in slip at the bank. Please inform us immediately if you have made payment, and your account has still not been credited after the periods stated above. Flash Me Cash: You can fund your site account if you have a Flash me Cash account. Paypal: You can also fund your account by sending payment via PayPal. Remember that the money in your site account is your money and you can withdraw this anytime. Interswitch: Users can fund their site accounts using their Interswitch debit cards.
	Payments
	There are several methods of payment available on Firstnaija.com. The method used to settle any particular transaction will depend on the options offered by the seller. Firstnaija Escrow: This option takes advantage of the security that the escrow service offers both buyer and seller. Upon successful completion of an auction, the buyer will need to deposit payment (including any applicable shipping or insurance costs) with Firstnaija Escrow Services, who will hold the payment in trust until the buyer receives and accepts the item. Benefit: Only when the buyer has received and accepted the item will payment be released to the seller, thus ensuring they receive what they paid for. Also, the seller is sure that money is collected by a trusted party before he ships the item. Highly recommended. Read more. Bank payment: Payment can be made directly into the seller's bank account. This payment may be made by cash, cheque, or online banking. In most cases, paid funds must clear before seller ships item to buyer. SitePay: SitePay offers convenience in making and receiving payment for sold items. Using this method, the buyer simply transfers the amount due from his firstnaija.com site account to the sellers site account. This transaction is dependent on the buyer having enough funds in his account to cover the transaction. It is traceable and can be done on site. This is Firstnaija.com's most recommended means of payment. Cash: Not recommended. Cash is not traceable, so firstnaija.com DOES NOT recommend this option. If an item is not delivered to you, you may have no way of getting your money back. Cheque: Payments can be made using cheques. 	Item watching
	The item watch features lets you keep a close eye on any auction without having to place a bid on it. This feature means you can be kept up to date on how an auction is doing and prepares you to place a winning last minute bid. You can watch any auction by clicking on the 'Watch this item' link on any auction page.
	Auction watch
	The auction watch features notifies you of newly listed auctions which contain keywords you have chosen. For example if you are looking for a Playstation you could enter in those keywords from within your member's area. Each time a new auction is listed containing the term 'Playstation 2' you will be notified via this web-site. You can enter in as many keywords as you like.
	Members Area
	Once you have successfully logged in using the login forms from the main page or from the login page (click on the 'Login' button from the page header), you will be redirected to the members area page. From this page you have access to all the feayures of your account, as well as a personalised area for news and entertainment. You also have the ability to edit your account details form here.
